Au Gratin Beef Bake
Comfort food at it's best. Very quick and easy. My teenage son came back for seconds and thirds. I prepared this casserole on the stovetop, simmered it for about 15 minutes until the potatoes were done. Thanks for sharing.

Hamburger Hash
This has become a family favorite. I didn't think it could get much easier, but I was in a hurry last night and substituted a pound of frozen hashbrowns for the potatoes and it worked just fine. I also add worcestershire sauce as well as garlic and onion. We will also top it with cheese sometimes. Thanks for sharing!

Chewy Butter Cake
The kids loved this bar...not to mention they were bouncing off the walls on a sugar high for the rest of the day. I am curious, is the cream cheese layer suppose to be runny or set up more like a cheesecake consistency? Mine was runny and I'm wondering if I needed to bake it longer. The taste sure makes it worth trying again.
