Grandma's Gnocchi
I like this recipe. I used more flour, about 2 cups and cooked them for about 5 minutes. I let them cook a little longer that when they came to the top of the water so they would be a little firmer. Cooling the potatoes first was also a really good tip. This is quick and easy. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
My family loved this recipe. I put the sauce in the blender, as mentioned by others and it was creamy and delicious. I also added more garlic, as my family loves garlic. I have also tried making this recipe with southwestern seasoning, southwestern canned tomatoes and a little cayenne. It was so good my son wanted me to teach him how to make it!!! Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Sweet and Sour Chicken III
I made this recipe adding some onion, larger can of pineapple and a heaping tablespoon of ketchup as others had mentioned. My family loved it. No leftovers. One of my sons requested I make it again in a couple of days. A family hit. Thank you!!!
