An evening shift forklift driver with an afternoon after work spanning from 11pm-5am, I have a lot of time on my hands. When I'm not out doing night photography(I enjoy unconventional landscape and long exposure shots) I enjoy cooking from scratch. I don't like overly processed foods, so I've ditched the convenience food for scratch recipes, although I still consider it a travesty to not have at least one box of Kraft Dinner around. I'm a bit of an obsessive compulsive so I tend to take care of appearance as much as quality. I pick up chunks of sashimi salmon on my days off at the asian market across town, and make my own sushi in the middle of the night, but my all time favorite method of cooking is stir frying.
My favorite things to cook
