Curried Honey Mustard Chicken

This is a fabulous recipe - I cut the chicken into cubes before cooking and serve over rice. You can also use regular yellow mustard - just as tasty.

Mint Juleps

Decided to start on my Derby celebrations a little early this year, and found this recipe. Lovely! So much easier than mixing each julep by hand. I plan on keeping the mint syrup around - it will be good in iced tea, too.

Feta Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Breasts

This is an awesome recipe! I used fresh crumbled feta applewood smoked bacon. I didn't cook the bacon first - it cooked fine in the oven. If you don't like feta, try mozarella.
