Delicious! Wonderful blend of flavors. I used reduced fat crescent rolls and eggbeaters to make it a little healthier. I used cooking spray to cook the veggies and left the margarine out completely. I also added mushrooms and basil. YUM!

Blueberry Spinach Salad

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

These are awesome! I used a bag of frozen brussels sprouts and boiled them on the stove for about 5 minutes. I cut the fat by spraying the cookie sheet with cooking spray and then spraying again after I put the brussels sprouts on the cookie sheet. I put salt and pepper on them and put them in the oven. Delicious and so healthy! Thanks for the recipe!

Maple Butter

YUM! After my biscuit was gone I was eating it off the knife! It reminds me of cookie dough before you add the flour. Sweet and delicious!

I got so many compliments on this when I served it. The flavors are excellent together and it makes a lot. Sometimes I skip the cracker and eat it by itself! Delicious!

Pecan Pie V

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Thank you! I have made this several times and everytime it is a huge hit. I'm a little embarrassed by the praise because it is so easy! One colleague told me the other day that it's the best dessert he has ever had. Delicious!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Thank you! I needed something quick, easy and delicious and this was perfect! I drizzled chocolate on top for presentation because I didn't cut it ahead of time, but it was delicious on its own.
