Roasted Brussels Sprouts
These are awesome! I used a bag of frozen brussels sprouts and boiled them on the stove for about 5 minutes. I cut the fat by spraying the cookie sheet with cooking spray and then spraying again after I put the brussels sprouts on the cookie sheet. I put salt and pepper on them and put them in the oven. Delicious and so healthy! Thanks for the recipe!
