Banana Crumb Muffins
I use apple sauce instead of butter in the batter (still use butter in the crumb topping) and they turn out great. These are the moistest muffins ever and so quick to create!

Pecan Tassies
I used store brought pie dough instead and they turned out great! Just like Grandmother's.

Zucchini Risotto
