Baked Trout Saratoga
A++ in my books for simplicity and flavour. All the other reviews were right on the money. I only did a single filet and so I diced a whole fresh tomato rather than a can of tomatoes. This is a very heathly, wholesome meal with a lot of flavour. Pair with vegetables of your choice and you have a perfect, low cal, low fat, nutrient packed meal.

Chicken Noodle Casserole
This was good. I didn't have savory but love basil so I substituted with that. My 16 year old son looked at it and was hesitant to try it...not a big casarole guy. I told him it was this or nothing and he just came back for seconds. I guess it wasn't so bad! I used 1% milk and it worked well.

Ron's Grilled Shrimp
I marinated over night and threw on the bbq for lunch. The shrimp were good but I wasn't overly impressed. They didn't seem to have any pizazz.
