My favorite family cooking traditions
My father baked bread every sunday for as long as I could remember as a child. He always baked enough to share with the neighbors and freeze 5 or 6 loaves. We had a big family.

Wine and Dijon Marinated Pork Loin
Not bad at all. My wife liked it better than I did so I am sure it is a taste issue.

Korean Spicy Marinated Pork (Dae Ji Bool Gogi)
I bought a huge pork loin and cut it into 4 pieces. I put a different marinade from the site on each one and froze them. This one turned out the best of the 4. Very good flavor.
