My wonderful husband Randy and I have three beautiful children, Isabelle (Belle)4, Randall, he's 2 and our baby Henry who's 8 months. We're living in Provo for the next two years while my husband completes his MBA at BYU. Food is my childhood. I am passionate about creating food traditions for my family that they will love as they grow. I love to cook wonderful French and Italian gourmet food and also the comforting home-made things that can only be found at home. A wonderful woman used to make these pumpkin oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for me when I was little and when I grew up and got married she gave me the recipe for a wedding present! I only make them from september 23 (the first day of fall) - December 31, and everyone gets so excited when that time of year comes so we can eat the cookies.
