outstanding. Freeze the candies first, 8 minutes @350 was perfect. These are a breeze to make in the stand mixer and drop with a cookie dropper into the mini pan. Doubles, triples, yum!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I make these with 1/3 cup mini choc chips instead of 2 cups regular. The minis go a long way! Also, I add a half cup of flax meal. They taste delicious and the kiddos love them.
