Famous Butter Chicken

Great taste! Used only about a 1/4 cup of butter, if it was even that ... I wouldn't go less than that or else it turns out dry. Loved the crunchy crust; better than fried, in my opinion! Thanks! :)

Apple Pecan Cobbler

It was okay. Didn't really taste like a traditional cobbler - the "crust" was more like cake sitting on the apples. Also rather dry. The pecans tasted great, and if you had it with vanilla ice cream it was overall a good dessert, but not exactly what I was looking for.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

This was DELICIOUS. The spices were perfect (a little kick!), and the chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender! I followed the directions exactly: marinated it overnight, then started the chicken in the oven when I went home for my lunch break. I used the drippings to make a yummy chicken gravy over mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables...wonderful!!! This is the best roast chicken I have ever tasted; I think it's even better than rotisserie you buy at the grocer's! Will DEFINITELY be making this recipe again!

Pepper-Honey Cedar Plank Salmon

Good recipe! I didn't have cedar planks, so I used the sauce for my salmon. Unfortunately I let the sauce boil too long and it had a molasses-like consistency. After cooking the salmon for a while with the sauce, it tasted a little too peppery to my liking, so I sprinkled extra brown sugar into the sauce and pressed it into the salmon with a spoon. Delicious!

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

EXCELLENT lemon meringue pie! Tasted delicious! Only changes I made: substituted milk for water as recommended by other reviews, and did not add lemon zest as I'm not a big fan. Added meringue to cook after pie had cooled, which unfortunately contributed to the pie being very weepy, but next time I'll try the "hot filling" method. Thanks for an excellent recipe!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

Skip the slow cooker part: I made the mistake of being out of the house while it was in the cooker, and when I came home it was BURNT. Horrible. I'm sure it would have tasted fine had it not been cooked to a crisp. Don't make my mistake!

These were delicious and simple! I used chopped ham, but I think sliced ham would work better. Still turned out awesome! The drizzle on top of the sandwiches made the recipe. Took this to a Christmas party and everyone asked me for the recipe!

Too spicy. And whatever is in the spices really gets in the air when you're cooking it: my husband and I could not stop coughing anytime we went in the kitchen! And I had the vent going full-blast! No thanks.
