I am a spontaneous person--if you were to ask me to go on a road trip this second, i'd probably already have my bags packed. I hate living the same day twice. Life is an adventure and should never be taken too seriously.
I have no idea what I want to do in life, I'm finding out as I go. Plans are boring, and almost always, get ruined. Living life on the edge is exhilirating--you never know what you will run into.
Where I am right now is ok. Sure, things could be different, but I try and not waste my time thinking about negative things. Why waste the energy doing so, when I could be using it to change and do those things I want.
Most people think they know me, but chances are they really don't. A couple people can really say they know me, and I'll be able to varify it. Others, are probably fooled.
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking new and different recipes for foods that I have never tried before. Sometimes it is difficult to find a recipe because there are some basic ingredients (onions and peppers) that I don't like or care for. Lucky for me, my fiance loves everything--so I make dishes that have these ingredients in them anyways. I'd love to learn how to cook some authentic ethnic foods since this is an area I'd love to explore in cuisine.
My cooking triumphs
I wanted to cook a whole chicken up for my boyfriend (fiance now) from a recipe I saw in a magaine. It came out amazing, and I was so impressed with myself because that was the first "meal" that I ever made on my own that didn't come in a box or can. It was delicious, and I wish I still had the recipe.
My cooking tragedies
Almost every recipe I use has a tragedy of some sorts. I still to this day do not remember to read the recipe through first, before starting it. This usually creates issues with ingredients (lack or or too much) as well as time restraints. Once I was going to make a salad (Taffy Apple--one I found here) for dinner and sadly realized that it took 3 days to make. Bummer.
