WOW!! I made this recipe last night and it was so delicious! I felt like a gourment chef when I tasted it! The chops had amazing flavor and I was shocked that it was so easy to make! I made this for myself just to try it but I will be making this dish for company soon! Very impressive! One suggestion for those who want to add garlic, use powdered garlic and not fresh minced garlic because it will get too overcooked during the browning of the chops.(Speaking from experience!)As recommended, I used a very good aged balsamic. We were having a potluck at work for a vegetarian co-worker who was leaving our department so I thought I'd give this recipe a try. It came out so delicious! I added a small can of diced jalepeno's to give it an extra kick and it made the flavor perfect! I used all the liquid from the beans but I drained the liquid from the corn. I cooked the chili until the consistency was what I wanted. I read some say they thought it was too runny. Not the case if you cook it longer. This chili looks so pretty too with all the different colors from the beans, corn and jalepeno. Great recipe! I will make it again...thank you!

I made these muffins yesterday and they were so delicious and they looked so pretty! I doubled the cinnamon, added an extra banana and added some rolled oats to the crumb mixture...it looked and tasted incredible! I used the large muffin pans they looked like they came from a bakery. I took some over to my daughter and her boyfriend and they loved them. My daughter thought they came from a bakery they looked so great! The rolled oats in the crumb mixture really added to the look of the muffins. Thank you...wonderful recipe!
