Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
The first time I made this recipe it flopped. I'm still not sure what I did wrong, it tasted OK but the texture was WAY off. I'm sure it was me and I tried it again and it turned out fine. Don't stray too far from the recipe like I did and you will enjoy this stuffing The family still prefers our old recipe, so I will keep looking for the ultimate stuffing.

Beer Butt Chicken
I first saw this done in Boy Scout Camp many years ago. I made two small chickens in the oven rather than the grill. There is only one proper way to “disposed” of half the beer, Other than that, followed the recipe to the letter and it turned out great. The kids loved it. I will be trying this on the grill soon.

Chicago-Style Hot Dog
I was born and raised in Illinois and remember Super Dogs as delicious. Made these for a 4th of July picnic. I couldn't find all the ingredients called for in Arkansas. I had to substitute Hebrew National ¼ pound beef franks and hogie rolls. The rolls were too stiff, but I can't hold the recipe at fault there. All and all they were very good and got great reviews. I did add sour kraut which I personally think make the dish. I'll make these again soon!
