Italian Style Meatloaf I
I didn't have mozzarella...substituted parmigiano reggiano....left out the tomatoes. It was fabulous! My husband ate 3 helpings, and we think it's the BEST meatloaf.

Rib Eye Steaks with a Soy and Ginger Marinade
GREAT marinade for rib eyes. All it needs is a baked potato and big salad to complete this perfect meal.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing
This recipe is great for an everyday dressing. However, I think next time I'll go a little easier on the vinegar!
