Ice Cream Kolacky

This was a nice, easy to roll out dough. I used icing sugar instead of flour to roll it with. I would like to try making this with a peppermint ice cream or choc chip mint for something a little different. Over all pretty nice.

Strawberry and Peanut Butter Cream Cake Roll

I had never made a jelly roll before and was worried it might be complicated or that the cake would fall apart with the slightest touch. I was very pleasantly surprised. I made this recipe as is and it turned out wonderfully. Very easy and fast! The kids loved the peanut butter and jam flavor more so than the adults, but I am looking forward to trying different fillings. This cake recipe is a perfect jelly roll texture :)

Best "peanut butter cup" - like recipe I can find. I get tons of compliments every time I serve this. So easy and quick to make. Definitely 5 stars!

KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* Lemonade Stand Treats

This was very different texture wise. Everyone loved it. The kind-of caramelly flavor and chewy texture of the crust really adds a different spin on regular lemon pie. I always get asked for the recipe.

Peanut Butter Bumble Bees

I made this recipe as is and didn't have any troubles. I don't use a beater to mix the ingredients, i just use a wooden spoon. This seems to make the consistency less sticky. (for me, anyway)A very easy recipe to make if you have kids to impress. They love the look and taste :)

Hearty Chicken Strata

This was excellent. I made it as is plus threw in some onions and garlic. I had to bake it a little longer than stated to make sure the centre was set, but that may have been my oven. (I did just over an hour at 350) The family gave me rave reviews. Serving it with gravy added more flavor but was not really necessary. This was a great dish.

Chicken and Sliders

Good basic recipe. I added my favorite spices to the broth to add more flavour. I also added some veggies to the finished product for a more "complete" meal. I had never made homemade noodles before so i had no idea how much broth to add. I ended up adding almost a cup.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Thank you for this wonderful recipe. So moist and soft! It filled the house with an amazing aroma while they baked. I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out great. They didn't last very long at work and everyone asked for the recipe! Will definitely make again.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Great recipe. I had it the first night in homemade bread bowls. The second night I drained a lot of the liquid and added 1.5 cups of cheese and 1/2 cup sour cream and had this as a dip with nacho chips. It got rave reviews!

Cinnamon Belgian Waffles

This was a great, light recipe. I doubled it and got 5 1/2 waffles. The only reason I didn't give it 5 was that it was a bit finicky to make. The result was worth all the effort though.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Very nice recipe. I increased the pumpkin to 1 cup and used real whipped cream for the topping with a pinch of cinnamon whipped in. Had it for Thanksgiving dinner and everyone loved it.

Caramel Apple Crumble Pie

This is actually my recipe and I have to say that they altered it a little when they published it. I actually sprinkle a tablespoon or two of flour into the bottom of the crust to prevent the sogginess from the juices. It works really well.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

This is my new chocolate chip cookie recipe! Thank you so much for this recipe. I followed recipe as written, I did not refrigerate the dough, and they turned out wonderfully. For those of you who had bad results with this recipe I can only suggest you try again...this is one of the best choc chip cookie recipes I have ever made... and I have been looking for a looooong time. Thanks again.

Caramel Frosting V

THank you so much for this recipe! It has amazing flavour. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is that I did end up having to add about 1 cup of icing sugar to get to spreading consistency. I followed others' suggestions and let it cool in the fridge for about an hour before beating it.

Moist and chewy! I used mini m&m baking pieces instead of chocolate chips and vanilla pudding instead of white chocolate....very, very nice texture and taste!
