Krissy's Easy Chocolate Triple Layer Pie
This came out terribly. I used all the exact ingredients recommended and I had way too much soupy pudding to even fit in the crust. I can make cheesecakes from scratch, but this was a disaster. Ugh.

Pumpkin Cake I
I typically make things from scratch, but was given a box of food that included a cake mix, so I tried this recipe. We all like it a lot, though I prefer pumpkin harvest bars made from scratch a bit better. Still, when you're in a pinch time-wise, this is a great dessert to serve!

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II
The chicken was really moist--and had great flavor. I served it with couscous, and it was a huge hit. A nice meal for company, because I wasn't busy fussing in the kitchen and could greet my guests. Will definitely make it again!
