DELECIOUS...Not too complex, great flavor, perfectly tender. I did not have stir fry sauce left it out all together with no subsitution. I only had time to marinate this for an hour and it still had perfect flavor. It took sometime to grill to get up to 160 degrees but woth the wait. I will be making this for my gourmet dinner group!Any sugestions for a side dish?
