Too Much Chocolate Cake

World's Best Lasagna

I've made this several times, and it's always delicious! I also soak the noodles in hot water instead of boiling, add nutmeg to the ricotta mixture, and make it the day ahead. It makes so much sauce, that I save some for spaghetti sauce. Leftover lasagna never lasts long in my house!

Made exactly as written, and they were perfect! I'm making 200 and freezing them for an upcoming event. The night of the event, I'll quickly top each with cherry or blueberry pie filling.

I followed the directions exactly, except added 1 cup milk and 1 cup beer. The cheese just clumped together, and never blended with the liquid.

Way too salty! They made a beautiful presentation though. I'd definitely recommend using wraps instead of tortillas. They don't tear as easily.
