Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Very good recipe, I made my own enchilada sauce to put in it. I did not use the 2 cups of water, I used 1 cup chicken broth and 1 cup of cream and depending on how much liquid you want you can either leave out the other can of chicken broth or add it in. Next time in place of the frozen corn, I will add in hominy. Very good recipe.
