I am an avid cook, who also enjoys writing and Oakland Raiders football. Smoked Cuban pork, Voodoo dip, and Lasagna roll. My Mother's almost famous Leftover Meat roll. I was working as a server at a very good restaraunt here in Alabama and our kitchen was understaffed. Somebody got hurt and I took over for the endurance of the evening. I had a hot date and the girl knew I could cook. She talked me into preparing dinner for her and I did. She had to cancel and a friend of hers came over as a replacement date. She failed to mention her allergic reaction to shellfish and I ended up with a sick date at the hospital.
