White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
I made this in advance, froze it and cooked it a week later. It took a bit longer to cook, but my 7 bridge ladies could not get enough of it. I would give it a 5 star rating and my only hint would be to add a bit more chicken flavor to the chicken broth. I certainly will mark this recipe a "keeper" and will use it many more times.

Cajun Chicken Lasagna
I served this to 24 people and everyone just loved it. I did have the N.O. Andouille in the freezer which made it perfect. I would not hesitate to make this, exactly as the reciple dictates. I just would suggest covering the casserole with tin foil for the first 40 minutes becasue it it so dense. I also used the "oven ready" noodles which were fine.

Ham and Chicken Casserole
I served this to 24 hungry people and they all came back for seconds. I would serve it anywhere with a salad and rolls. I did use multicolored peppers though which made it more eye pleasing!
