Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

Pizza Dough I

I can never remember to take the time to make dough. This recipe is awesome in that I can "throw" it together, have kids make their pizza and it's GOOD!! :O) Thanks you for the recipe.

I didn't fry these, but baked them at 400 for 17-18 minutes. I think I made them bigger than recipe stated, but they were very filling and the kids seemed to like them. Only negative comment was that it was a little "plain", even with cheese added to it. I LOVED them. Thank you.

Vegetarian Jambalaya

My oldestgobbled this up, but my two littler ones still aren't sold. Not a bad recipe in all. I personally thought it was just "good".

Artichoke Chicken

It wasn't bad. The artichokes and parmesean did add a little extra flavor to the chicken and it was easy to prepare. I think, however, would it have been better stuffed in the chicken? I didn't rate 3 stars because anything was bad in this. Just was a pleasant change to the pace, but really. nothing more. Thank you for sharing the recipe!

Mushroom Crusted Ham and Cheese Pie

even my picky eaters ate this one. Very creative and such good use of leftovers! Yes, I agree with the other readers, can be a little on the salty side, but very tasty all the same.

Peach Cobbler II

pretty good. I used fresh peaches. My girls said the peaches tasted funny but the top batter was insanely wonderful. will try sweeter peaches next time.

Fresh Pear Pie

I don't like pie, but I love to make them. However, my family was raving so much about this I had to try a bite. WE LOVE IT!! I made a homemade crust for the bottom and used a cinnamon biscut drop batter for the top. (crust is why I hate pie). The spices are perfect..we didn't even need ice cream. Thank you so much for sharing! This one is a keeper!

Grandma's Pear Preserves

okay, I knew making this that there was a chance of it being syrupy (reading the reviews) but, as it's the only pear jelly recipe I thought I would give it a try. Sure enough, very thin...so, after asking my mothers I have come up with this for future readers. 1. I used liquid pectic (3oz). My mother swears that gramma used to use powdered because she thought it also contained geletin. so, I'm wondering if the other syrupy reviewers used liquid? Also, the recipe did not state whether I should mash the pears, so basically I have pears in syrup. Taste pretty good though, which is why I gave it two stars. Will use on pancakes or something. *Updated* mashed the pears and recanned. worked out much better. So, mash your pears or you get syrup.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

I decided to spring this recipe on my family tonite as it has all the ingredients we like.. (garlic and cheese..yummy)... As I have very picky eaters, I was a bit hesitant. But, I was delightfully surprised to hear from my "chicken hating" husband that it was absolutely delicious! I made it with a side dish of creamy potatoes...but will take my husband's suggestion of adding alfredo sauce and noodles to it. In any case, it was very good and I'm glad you shared this recipe. Made "boring" chicken wonderful and it was sooo easy!!

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

My family of picky eaters were a little hesitant to try this, but LOVED it once they took a bite. I used fresh spinich instead of the frozen and added additional cheeses with the feta. It turned out so good, this will be sure to be a new family favorite. Will definately make again.
