My Mom's Christmas Pecan Sticky Rolls which always taste better when prepared by her...I've never been a baker. My blackened tilapia is to die for! Though there are MANY, once, I put a whole chicken on to boil, intending to take it off the heat and put it into the fridge before leaving the house for the ENTIRE day. I forgot, leaving it on the stove and came home to a house filled of smoke. All that was left of the chicken was a pile of charred bones. I threw out the pot and spent days trying to get the smell out of the house. Thank goodness the house didn't catch fire!
