Followed advice of others and doubled the spices. This was fabulous. I did add garlic at the end,let it fry for a very long time till things started to carmalize. Wrapped it up in a warm tortilla, was great! Much better the next day if you can stop eating it. Thanks!!!!!!!!!

I read the reviews and used brown sugar, drastically cut back butter and used olive oil. I have to admit I was going to omit the apples, sooo glad I did not. Great flavor, fast and easy, to make, to eat and clean up. This one goes in the purple notebook. Thanks

I used fresh tomatoes, and jalapeno. No Italian dressing, just a little olive oil, fresh garlic and lemon juice as someone suggested. Left them in the fridge for a day. Warmed up a tortilla, put just a little hummus on it and a bunch of this and Oh my goodness!!!!! Even the pickiest kid wanted one in their lunch. Fantastic
