About this Cook
I'm 23 years old, I come from a large family, and currently live with my fiance. I have a hard time cooking for just two people. I am currently a registered nurse and work in a nursing home.
My favorite things to cook
I enjoy baking and making desserts the most. I also like cooking chicken.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I loved helping my mom make her homemade spaghetti sauce, it would cook for at least 24 hours. Then we would use it to make lasanga or cheese rolls, or sometimes just regular spaghetti. I loved the smell of it cooking in the house.
My cooking triumphs
I think I've had many. I don't cook a whole lot and some people didn't think that I knew how to cook at all. I loved the look on their faces when I make something and they realize that it is good.
My cooking tragedies
I've had a few of these. Whether it be burning something, or adding to much chicken broth to the mashed potatoes and ending up with potato soup.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
Yum, these were good! I altered the recipe slightly. I added a can of crab meat, and 1 diced green onion. The filling was enough for 28 mushrooms, and I could have easily stuffed a few more. They were wonderful and I wish there had been more! The cayenne pepper adds a nice kick. These are cheesy and wonderful! There wasn't a single mushroom left and everyone wanted more!

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have
I really do think these are the best meatballs I've ever had! I'm not overly fond of meatballs because they are pretty bland, these have a lot of flavor! It's what I've always wanted meatballs to be! We ate them plain with mashed potatoes. I definately think they would be better with some type of sauce. We'll be eating the leftovers tomorrow with spaghetti. I think they'd also be good with BBQ sauce. I took others advice and baked at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, and broiled for 5 minutes. Will definately make again.
