A quick fun guy who loves to cook I love to bake things from Tea breads and many different types of cakes About a year ago I made a perfect victoria Sandwich ( Just keep beating the mixture untill it will cling to a spoon and make sure it is as light as you can) I do admit I tried a horrible gingerbread recipie (not from allresipies) using 50ml of milk and too much ginger this resulted in a horrible mix that was nicknamed "deathbread"
