Pumpkin Maple Pie Supreme

Cheers to you! This is the best. I did like others suggested and decreased the sugar which was a good move because it was perfect! The first time I made this I accidentally put 1 tsp of clove in it (definitely learned my lesson) and it was incredibly strong! But the second time? Oh baby did it disappear fast! Hooray for an excellent recipe!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ok so this was the perfect "launching pad" for the perfect recipe. I decreased the clove to 1/4 tsp because they just seemed really strong. I just used one cup of real butter instead of using shortening. I decreased the oatmeal by a 1/2 cup because it seemed to make the cookies too heavy and viola! They were the perfect flavor for my taste buds! Excellent stuff, let me tell you!

Mimi's Slumgullion

Ok, so the name isn't particularly appetizing (my audience wrinkled their noses upon hearing it), but you can't argue with the flavor. I really liked it though it was a bit on the greasy side. The overall mix of potatoes with sausage and peppers worked very well together.

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

I made this for a party for some teens. Needless to say, it disappeared immediately. The only thing I did differently was roll it in mini M&M's so it would have more color. I think this a great idea and nice break from the traditional salty cheeseball.

Asian Pork Tenderloin

I've made this twice now and it was delicious both times. Once I baked as directed and the second time I cooked the sliced tenderloin in a skillet. It is very tender and went great with rice.

Alfredo Potatoes

I made this with marinated steaks and it was an excellent side! My husband, who doens't particularly care for Alfredo, took a second serving. Hat's off to you for a wonderful recipe. Yummy!

Clone of a Cinnabon

I was so excited when these came out perfect! I've never been able to get cinnamon rolls to work out right and these were awesome! I did a caramel roll instead of the cream cheese frosting, but they disappeared just as quickly! Thanks for sharing!

Grandma Johnson's Scones

This was my first try at scones and they turned out excellent! When I made them though, I didn't have time to actually shape them properly. But I put them in a 9x13 pan and baked them that way. I also added fresh strawberries and white chocolate chips. Yummy! I think I'll continue to experiment with the stuff I put in them.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Generally, this had a wonderful flavor. I worried at first because the cream wasn't thickening, but when I served it, it was absolutely wonderful. I will be making this again and again. Thank you for sharing

Buttermilk Pie with Molasses

I think I would have liked this better without the molasses. It was very rich which is ok. The molasses was just too overpowering for my taste. However others really liked it. I think it ust depends on your taste though.

Pico de Gallo Chicken Quesadillas

First of all wow. The pico was excellent. And the combination of flavor is so complimentary to the whole. I didn't add the extra green pepper or onion to cook after the meat. I just put the pico in with the meat and kept some to the side for garnishing. It was a hit and I'll definately be making this again. Now if I could just figure out how to flip them without making a big mess...any suggestions?

Waikiki Meatballs

These were ok. They were the last things to disappear at my party. The meatballs themselves didn't have much flavor, but the sauce was pretty good. I think if I work with them a little more, it could be really good.

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

These were good. They got rave reviews and everyone seemed to think they were awesome. I made them for a party and my boyfriend declared that no one else could have any because he wanted them all. I thought they were too greasy, but what else can one expect from bacon? Thanks for the recipe!

Mexican Casserole

5 stars for the easy preparation and public opinion. I used pork n' beans, rotel tomatoes, and a packet of taco seasoning. I also layered the cheese as others suggested. It was easy and tasty. definately a good one for carry-in dinners and such. Thanks so much for sharing:).

Gumbo Style Chicken Creole

I was surprised by the overall mild flavor. I expected the spiciness associated with Cajun food, but it was surprisingly easy on the heat-sensitive tongue. Still, I have to say that my audience was pleased with it. I used pork instead of chicken (it needed used). I think the only down side is how incredibly greasy it is. Otherwise, I thought it was excellent and will be serving it again in the future. Thanks for the recipe!

Cajun Appetizer Meatballs

I was a little disappointed in the weak flavor of the meatballs. I found the sauce to be too sweet and somewhat overpowering. I didn't really like it, however, I'll give you points because my audience thought it was really tasty. I think it may be my taste in food though that brought my rating down. You can't win 'em all can you?

Chicken Marsala

This was excellent! The only thing I did differently was use all butter and no oil. It did wonders for the flavor. And it was easy enough to make on one of my busiest nights. My brother wasn't such a big fan, but that's his problem because I'll be making this often. Thanks so much for the recipe.

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ok, they were good. They had a nice texture though, I found them to be little on the dry side. Really the batter didn't have the flavor that butter gives. However, they, like every other cookie that finds itself in my house, were gone by the next evening. Thanks for sharing.
