Sweet and Sour Chicken I

This is okay. The sweet n sour sauce is missing soy sauce & apple cider vinegar (use instead of white vinegar). Deep frying it made a mess of the batter and took too much time. Next time I will just saute the chicken.

Cinnamon Honey Butter

Delicious! I used 1 cup of butter and then left the honey & powdered sugar as directed. I also added pumpkin pie spice instead of cinnamon. Will DEFINITELY make this again!

Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

Excellent! I used beef broth instead of water & used Guinness for the beer. I also added some spices: garlic, bay leaves, cinnamon, pepper, ground cloves & seasonall. Yummy!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Used 5 pounds of roast and doubled the seasonings. Used beef broth instead of water. Added fresh garlic and onion. The flavor was DELICIOUS!!! It literally tasted as good as it smelled! Even my picky toddler was commenting with every bite. Will definitely make again!

Chicken Enchiladas I

Delicious! I will definitely be making this again. Didn't have bell peppers. I baked the chicken in the oven. I used 1 9oz can of tomato sauce and then a can of fire roasted tomatoes with green chilies. YUMMY! I didn't add water and didn't top with salsa.

Slow Cooker Spaghetti Chicken

I have been making this for years! I use sauted onions and celery. I use 1 can of cream of chicken & one can of cream of mushroom, 1 pound of velveeta, & salsa. For a little more flavor, try the mexican velveeta!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Absolutely 5 stars! I added beef broth instead of water and added a couple dashes of worcestershire sauce. I served it with homemade mashed 'tatos. Delicious! I WILL make this again!

Cake Balls

Wonderful! Delicious! Heavenly! These were a huge hit! Mine took 2- 16 ounces of candy coating for 2 cakes. I made red velvet with whipped cream cheese frosting dipped some in chocolate and some in vanilla.

Taco Soup II

This was awesome! I changed up the beans a little bit using a can of black beans and a can of ranch style with jalapeno's. I also doubled the water because I added mexican corn in addition to the hominy. YUM!!! This is a keeper!
