Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
I can't say enough good things about this recipe! I used a 7 lb. chuck roast for a family gathering of 10 (and some small kids, too), and there is NONE left. Everyone raved about how great this tasted. I took the advice to use beef broth instead of water, and doubled the seasoning for a 7 lb. roast. I also cooked for 11 hours on low, and then shredded the beef and cooked for another 2 hours. It was tender and delicious. Will make this time and time again!
