Awesome. I didn't use the whole package of soup mix and it still had plenty of flavor. I omitted to zucchini b/c I had none. Extra potatoes and carrots instead.

Delicious Chicken Casserole

Yum! I skipped the sour cream b/c I was out. I added a little milk instead. I used 1 can cream of chicken and one cream of mushroom. I also added some paprika and a dash of cayenne pepper for some extra flavor. Very good basic recipe that you can customize to the ingredients you have on hand.

Mexican Cornbread II

I wish I had read all the reviews first before making. I followed the directions exactly. It turned out a pan of mush. I cooked it longer than suggested and it still was mushy. It didn't resemble cornbread at all. With some tweaking it could turn out better.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Yum...this is my go to cake I make for everything. I have experimented with different flavors. I have done a vanilla cake with white chocolate. I have also done a chocolate cake with peanut butter chips, as someone else suggested. It is easy to make into a layer cake because the cake is nice and dense, too. I will never use another cake recipe!

Wow...was this good! I read some reviews and they said it needed some creaminess, so I spread some mayo on the tortilla. Yummy. Quick and easy, too. I shredded a rotisserie chicken that I had bought from the store and this made a fast lunch.

Fudge Truffle Cheesecake

Whoa is this stuff fantastic! 10 stars all the way. I actually used crushed oreos for the crust instead, so much easier. I also had to use reduced fat cream cheese (all I had on hand) and it still turned out to be the richest cheesecake I've ever had! So sinfully delicious.

Cadillac Pimento Cheese

Yummy. I used a mixture of sharp shredded cheddar and the processed cheese. Also added a dash of worcheshire sauce. It is also so much easier to put everything into a food processor. Try adding some jalepenos in with it too to make it spicy.
