This recipe was too dry. I was not happy with it.

After all the time and energy that goes into preparing this dish, it was quite tasty. This is definitely a rainy day recipe when one has nothing else to do but play in the kitchen. Peas would also have been a nice addition to the broth.

This was awesome! I did as another suggested and added basil and oregano to the coating and after lining the pan with spaghetti sauce, I baked the chicken in the pan for 20 minutes, added a slice of swiss cheese to the top with more spaghetti sauce and baked 15 minutes longer. Served on spaghetti and it was a great dish!
