I love to cook traditional Sunday dinners--Roast meats, mashed potatoes, veggies, and of course pie!

I love the special cake recipes my family brought with them from Sweden as well as the sweet rolls that my mother perfected.
My cooking triumphs
I don't know, I think the most triumphant thing I can think of is that people love coming over to my house to eat!
My cooking tragedies
I have burned nuts more times than I can count! It seems everytime I start to toast them, I forget until it's too late! Also once tried to create a carmelized apple pork chop recipe from my mom's discription and as that recipe failed miserably, I managed to allow the potatoes to boil off all of thier water and start fire!

Frosted Banana Bars
These are wonderful. Very moist and tasty. Especially good with the whipped cream cheese frosting on this site.
