California Grilled Veggie Sandwich
Divine! Made this last week. Even my "meat and taters" man loves this and has asked for it again tonight! We're going to try it with portabello mushrooms and some shredded itailian cheeses.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad
My entire family loves this. Ive made it several times just as the recipe is written and varied it a couple of times as well by adding just a handful of shredded old cheddar, grapes instead of raisins and almonds as well as the sunflower seeds. I always make a double batch and we never have leftovers!
