Simple BBQ Ribs
So easy...sooo good! Boiled in broth(seasoned with s&p,cayenne, chili flakes, and a dash of soy) for 45 minutes....Baked covered for 1 hour and uncovered 15 minutes. I have used several types of bbq sauce--Trader Joe's, Sweet Baby Ray's and homemade and they always come out delicious!

Strawberry Jam
Wonderful!!! And so easy. Thickened up right away and tastes great. I made two batches and didn't have enough strawberries for the second batch....I added a cup of blueberries and used white balsamic instead of lemon juice. I think I may use less sugar and just cook a bit longer next time. YUM!

Cinnamon Coffee Cake II
Great!!!! I used french vanilla pudding and substituted the oil for fat free yogurt. I also used egg beaters rather than eggs. So amazingly moist and delicious!
