I thought this was pretty good. I have made it several times and it's always a hit at the table. Pair it with a chunk of bread, a salad, and it's a nice quick, delicious meal.

Absolutely yummy. I made it twice, first time it almost burned in the loaf pan but the middle was runny. The second time I used a smaller loaf pan and it ran all over the oven, but the stuff still in the loaf pan was delicious. I'm going to buy a different loaf pan. Took it to work and someone begged for it to take home. Wonderful...thank you.
