I'm a 21 year old wife and mother of a beautiful 14 month old daughter with another little girl on the way. I'm also a writer/designer/pet sitter extraordinaire who loves to cook! Asian foods, baked goods, and italian. None really, in my family, the cooking involves my grandmother chasing us out of the kitchen and the rest of us sitting around waiting. I don't botch things very often. I think I really surprised my husband the night I cooked a full Asian inspired meal complete with Thai Coconut chicken, spring rolls, and an asian noodle dish. I can't seem to perfect the elusive grilled cheese sandwich. They always come out too greasy.
