Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
This deserves 10 stars! Best ribs ever, and I've been making them a long time. My search is over for the best recipe! Followed exactly, except I cut the oven time by 30 min, so the ribs would be tender, but not fall apart. The cooking method is the best I've found, but the sauce is the key and is well worth the effort. I'll never use another recipe!Can't wait to try it on chicken. I want to try to make the sauce a little thicker next time. The flavor is to die for!

Spiced Beef Stew
This stew has a wonderful flavor. The only changes I made were to add 2 cubed potatoes, salt, and pepper. I also cooked it on the stovetop, not in the oven. I'm not normally a big stew fan, but I'll make this often! Thanks so much for the recipe... It's the best I've ever made!

Flatlander Chili
Even for Texans like us, this chili is the best! I substituted a can of diced tomatoes for 1/2 of the tomato sauce. Wonderful!
