Creamy Rice Pudding
This is a great recipe. If you are dairy sensitive like most members of my family do not worry. I made this with vanilla soy milk and it came out creamy and delicious. I added a bit of nutmeg and cinnamon. It had the perfect sweetness and creaminess.

Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)
Finding out that my son and I need to be on a gluten free diet I have been searching for recipes that will work for the whole family. I wasn't sure what I was getting into with the garbanzo beans. This cake was good. We liked the chocolate taste yet the texture was just a bit off. I would have liked for it to be just a bit moister. I did use half splenda and half sugar so that we would have a bit less calories. I will definitely be making it again. I will use some of the other suggestions so I can get this where I can say it is absolutely great.

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
We are a family of banana nut bread lovers. And this recipe was alright. We all felt that something was missing. I think next time I will take the advice of others and add vanilla and cinnamon. But it was a pretty good BNB.
