Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies came out perfect! Next time I might try using 2/3 shortening and 1/3 butter, just because I could tell the difference and happen to like butter, but these looked and tasted great!

These were great! I didn't you too much of the crushed red peppers, since I was cooking for non-spicy lovers, but they were really yummy with swiss cheese!

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

I made the chicken as instructed, then made a sauce with mayo, a little milk, lime juice, garlic salt, and cilantro and put it all in a whole wheat tortilla. YUM!
