I really enjoyed this recipe. I followed the directions to a T the first time I made it and it came out great. The 2nd time I must not have stirred it right b/c it was a little clumpy but not too bad. It still tasted good. I really like this recipe.

These were delicious and didn't need any syrup. They were moist and fluffy and really easy to make. Definitely a keeper.

I didn't have any zucchini so I used sweet peppers instead...didn't have garlic, so used a bit of garlic salt and omitted the regular salt..didn't have northern beans but cannelini worked nicely. It still was delicious. I used sweet italian sausage. My son LOVED it and he is my barometer for recipes. I will definitely make this again.
