Banana Sour Cream Bread
Moist, with a good texture, but LACKS a WOW FACTOR in the FLAVOR. I would definitely add more nuts, bananas, and cinnamon. I would add fresh ground nutmeg to the recipe as well. I baked the bread at 325 for 90 minutes. It was not fully baked at 60 minutes.
