Angel Chicken Pasta
I thought this was just OK. Don't get me wrong it was tasty, but I felt like it was missing something.

Maple Salmon
This was perfect. I marinated the salmon skin-side up/face down for one hour. I also took another reviewer's advice and used aluminum foil packets which made for easy clean up. I baked twenty minutes unwrapped foil and broiled for 5. This is definitely a keeper!
