From my name you probably could already tell that I'm an Indonesian, well I am and I've been living in the States for nearly 3 years now. I recently I adopt a new hobby…cooking, whereas it never attract me before I got married. Fortunately, my husband loves to explore Asian cooking (even the spiciest ones!) thus, inspiring me to experiment with new recipes. I have also developed curiosity in Southern cooking since they seem to be using so many different spices, which reminds me of my home country. Old family favorites from my mother especially the spicy ones combine with my husband's favorite food called Soto Betawi (Betawi Stew) Grilled fish with a very hot and spicy chilly sauce. Impressing my husband since I can't cook at all when I first met him. Too many and too embarassing to mentions. LOL
