Blueberry Cream Muffins
I got great reviews from very taste conscience critics. I cut the recipe in half as I didn't need quite so many. I used butter because I didn't have oil for some reason.(I would try these again using oil) I also added a strudle topping.

Bill's Sausage Gravy
This is not something that appealed to me, but my husband want me to make it. As I cooked it I always think, I'm just going to have salad... I always end up eating to much of this anyways i's so yummy! We even multiplied it to feed 70+ people for a community dinner and it was a HUGE hit!
