Easy Key Lime Pie I

This was not only easy, but the best tasting Key Lime pie I've ever had! I used only 4 egg yolks, 3/4 cup key lime juice, & 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk, as others had suggested. If not for altering the original recipe I would have rated it 5 stars.

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

This is such an easy way to cook bacon. It makes clean-up much easier and brings out a stronger flavor in the bacon. I have not fried bacon in a skillet since I foung this recipe and don't plan on it ever again!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

This BBQ is unbelievable! My husband says it is the best he has ever had. I personally think it is second to my favorite local BBQ joint, but I absolutely LOVE their pulled pork. We have made this 3 times in the last month. So easy! Used Sweet Baby Ray's sauce. Only change was adding a few dashes of liquid smoke to the beef broth.

Souvlaki

I had never tried Souvlaki before and my husband and I loved this recipe! Marinated the meat overnite and it was very tender. As others suggested, I used 1/8 cup red wine vinegar and decreased the soy sauce to 1/8 cup. Also used my own recipe for tzatziki sauce. Can't wait to try it with lamb and chicken!

Broccoli With Lemon Almond Butter

Great flavor and oh so easy to make! I lightly toasted the almonds as others had suggested. Will be making this over and over. Goes well with grilled fish.

Banana Banana Bread

Italian Roast Beef I

Hello! This is my recipe and I may know why some people are having trouble with this recipe turning out dry. I have cooked this beef for the last 12 years using the same stainless steel pan every time. Last time I made it, I used a Teflon pan and it turned out dry and all of the juices cooked off. This may or may not be the problem. Hope it helps.

Barbecued Beef

This is a great recipe! I served it for a small dinner party and everyone loved it. We will definately have this over and over. May try pork next time. Also doubled sauce and poured extra 1/2 over beef after I shredded it.
