Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries
GREAT!!!!! Just finished making 5lbs of these fries and the first three batches didn't make it to the dinner table!! I did add a few extra seasonings, but basically follwed the recipe and the family LOVED them! ***I had to make a run halfway through cooking and notcied that the fries made AFTER the batter had sat for 30 minutes were much, much more crispier than those made immediately after it was mixed!*** Thanks for sharing!!

Spinach and Strawberry Salad
Wonderful!Made it for dinner last night! The salad fanatic huddy loved it and the kiddo has requested me to make it once a week!! I only gave four stars because I didn't use all the ingredients. I left out the poppy and sesame seeds, as well as the almonds, but I did add mandarin oranges. It still was great and I am waiting to make it next week with ALL the ingredients! TY!

Maple Salmon
I loved the flavor of this salmon!! Even the hubby said he'd eat this salmon because it tastes like more that fish!! LOL I didn't get to cook this dish in the oven, as my heating elements fried during the preheat. I ended up tossing them in a oiled up, high heated pan until they had a nice coat on them!! Can't wait to try in the oven! TY!!
