I grew up eating pork roast and never had it made like this, so I was a little nervous about trying this. The pork was so good! The vinegar really tenderizes the meat and the flavor is amazing as well. I made it for dinner with my friends and we all really enjoyed it.

This recipes is wonderful! I made it with my girl friends for dinner and it is restaurant quality. Instead of linguine we used regular spaghetti. The only issue we had was timing everything to finish together. We had to add some corn starch to the sauce and that thickened it up really nicely. Amazing!
