Split Pea and Ham Soup I
I made this twice, once with a ham bone and again with ham and both times it turned out great. Simple and delicious. I'm another who doesn't feel the need to add anything else, it's perfect as is. Thanks for sharing!!!

Chicken with Chipotle
This is so delicious! I like to put in one whole pepper and then throw in 2 more with the seeds scraped out. The only other thing I do differently is that I use whatever chicken I have and I always remove any skin. My little guys aren't huge fans of spicy food, but they love this! They guzzle milk all through dinner, but they eat it all! :) Thanks so much for sharing!!!

French Onion Soup Gratinee
I used provolone just because I don't care for Gruyere or Swiss, but it was still fabulous. Thanks so much for sharing!!!
